Volgens mij is de juiste waarderingsmethode de discounted cash flow methode. Economische waarde van de schulden bepalen weet ik niet hoe ik dat moet waarderen. Zelfstandige vruchtdragers is volgens mij niet exploitatiegebonden activa

is waarde gelijk aan prijs. Vaak worden deze termen door elkaar gebruikt. Waaarde is toch subjectief en prijs is de overeengekomen transactieprijs?

Ik vraag me toch steeds af waarom de DCF methode de juiste methode is. De restwaarde van een onderneming bepalen is onduidelijk. Hoe weet je of een onderneming eeuwigdurend zal bestaan.

Good points…I would note that as someone who really doesn’t write on blogs much (in fact, this may be my first post), I don’t think the term “lurker” is very flattering to a non-posting reader. It’s not your fault really , but perhaps the blogosphere could come up with a better, non-creepy name for the 90% of us that enjoy just reading the content .

What a lovely blog. I spend hours on the internet reading blogs, about tons of different subjects. I have to first of all give kudos to whoever created your website and second of all to you for writing what i can only describe as an amazing post. I honestly believe there is a skill to writing articles that only a few posses and frankly you have it. The combination of informative and quality content is definitely extremely rare with the large amount of blogs on the internet.
